Alhamdulillah Mak is a lot better now after her fall down the stairs at her home two weeks ago.
Alhamdulillah for our brother-in-law who have always, situation's permitting, been willing to stay at the Kampung to accompany her.
Alhamdulillah for the assistance she promptly got after it happened. May Allah return the kindness many times over to the helpful neighbors and relatives nearby.
Alhamdulillah her bones are pretty strong for an old kampung woman who bore and fed her many children, to only had a hairline fracture on her finger instead of many broken bones.
Alhamdulillah for our beloved sister who arrived on the same day to take good care of Mak ever since.
Alhamdulillah for another of our beloved sister who arrived the next day and helped along.
Alhamdulillah for my safe arrival the following day together with my kids and Mak's sister.
Alhamdulillah for the minds and bodies working together to help mak get more medical treatments as she badly needed them.
Alhamdulillah for the many selfless daughters, sons, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, sister, grandchildren, nephews and nieces, friends and neighbors, who were there for Mak in big and small ways. May Allah reward each and every one of us.
Alhamdulillah for the resources pulled together to help mak in her journey to recovery, inshaAllah. From constant lying down in pain and barely eating, she can now sit up and eat by herself. May Allah protect her.
